First visit. Process was smooth and the reception staff very helpful. Doctor was very good and was proactive rather than just reacting to my visit. I think I have found my new regular doctor.
I'm a patient. This NOT your standard GP surgery. The difference here is that Reception, Nursing, Allied Health and Medical staff actually take the time to listen to you. You don't feel rushed or pushed around. You need time to think? You got it, come back and we'll be here, type attitude. For ex-ADF, and Emergency Services, this is the place that IS different. Unlike a lot of other practices this one was very close to seeing me on my appointment time. And very good and helpful with my issues.
