🚨🚨🚨 AVOID GO WORLD CARGO AT ALL COSTS!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ My experience with World Cargo was extremely disappointing. Ian is an absolute scammer!!!! I was quoted one expectation and then faced substantially different costs after the shipment was underway. Ian also confirmed verbally and in email that he ows me a refund but then kept on saying that Matthew (the CEO) is responsible for the refunds which is absolute crap!!! Quoted one price, charged double. Before booking, I asked repeatedly in writing about destination charges and was told $300–$600 was “a reliable estimate” and that they did “not anticipate the fees exceeding this range.” I chose World Cargo on that basis. The final destination invoice came to ~$1,190 — nearly double the top of their written estimate — with no fuel or market surcharge on it to explain the gap.
