Avoid This Company – Untrustworthy and Unresponsive I (Bidding Co Ltd) shipped three brand-new, zero-kilometre vehicles from Vancouver to Mersin through Go World Cargo. When the shipment arrived, one of the cars was damaged inside the container due to being improperly secured during transit. I visited their office and showed clear evidence of the damage and how it happened. They promised to investigate and get back to me — but I never heard from them again. So far the process with world Cargo has been great. There were a few miss communications at first but they cleared things up quickly and went out of their way to accommodate our families shipment. Our stuff is shipped off now and we hope the delivery will be smooth and easy. Thanks to Matt and the team and World Cargo!

Dealt with Ian Humphries and he was clear and confident in making the arrangements for shipping my motorcycle. He stipulated an arrival date and was accurate to the day. Use of TFX transport was easy although I had to drop bike off at their depot. Arrival to my brothers home was seem less. Thanks to all involved .
