I love this gym! The facility is incredibly clean and well-kept, and Sam and Randy establish a personal connection with every person who walks through their doors. They also offer great rates and deals, which I have been lucky enough to benefit from. I am enlisting in the military, but have a lot of work to do before I am up to military standards. I am in remission from stage 4 cancer, severe fibro, anxiety/depression, as well as having brain/spinal chord surgery amongst so many other issues. Randy and Sam at Go Workout have been so amazing. Randy has made sure that I am doing everything safely and correctly and including my nieces to make sure that I remain safe. This was a great feeling especially after I went to another local gym and was treated as if I was using my situation as an excuse.
