Really impressed with how easy it all was. Staff on the phone were incredibly helpful and were patient with me while I worked through some application glitches. Convenient, and made the day's moving easy and efficient.
It's an awful experience you encounter in order to hire a vehicle from this company. You have to do all the admi.work yourself on their website (time consuming), the worst part is, you have to wait for a confirmation email to complete the agreement which comes late to your inbox and for more documentation to be supplied for completion. When you return the vehicle another nightmare occurs, you have to take photos of the whole vehicle conditions' in order to lock it so you can claim your deposit, which can take up to 10 days t... read more
