Avoid at all costs. No secondary email received with hire instructions, then told there was another booking, when I was standing next to the vehicle. Wasted 3 hours of my time. One positive, they refunded the amount very efficiently within a few minutes of me cancelling the booking.

Worst hire experience ever. App was buggy, laggy and constantly failed to upload photos. Tires had no grip in the rain. Car pick up destination changed twice from initial booking. Ended up being pick up in Cremorne even though we had booked for Balgowlah. We were told on the morning of the booking that there were issues with the uploaded license. We should have been told days in advance. I would never use them again.

Terrible company, don't waste your time & money Our original booking wasn't honoured as the van had been double booked. Pick up was offered in a different location, this wasn't very convenient for us but at short notice was our only option. Pre-hire comms were poor, I was receiving emails addressed to my partner and vice versa. Gecko was super easy to organize. A great option versus traditional rentals. Pickup/unlock was easy and car did the job.

Booked a van, only to be handled with inflexibility and a major lack of service, care and empathy when they did not have the vehicle available that I’d hired through a fairly painful online process.
