AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! I made a booking with Go Gecko, lost my new job because of COVID-19 and decided to cancel my move and stay with family in the short term. I never signed an agreement and I gave them 8 days notice prior to the actual booking. Instead of being human and refunding me they charged me a service fee of $1000. I have since filed a case with Consumer Affairs Victoria and they have assured me this is illegal and will resolve the case in due time but still Go Gecko have refused to refund me. Scam artists. Phone reps pushy to book you in when making inquiries, then try and charge you for changing your mind. Illegally tried charging my cards as well, enjoy the chargeback
