Did not get a call back
We set up our tour on 2/9/23 for 2/16/23 to King Ranch. We arrived at the pick up spot at Harlingen Convention Center at 6:45 am for departure at 7am. We waited until just after 7:30 a.m. No bus ever showed up. I hope she knows she will be returning our $230!! Will NOT use her again. Very unprofessional! We had trouble finding her office because it is in her home. No signage and no house number on the mailbox. This should have been our first clue to turn around and leave.
