Great place! Reps are always helpful and I always get in and out easily!
The store seemed lacking? The employees needed in depth training in how to sell a lease option . Had no clue what I was asking about. sadly I had three lines I was trying to upgrade ended up at the dang mall to upgrade :-( had to smell that damn Ambercrombie store!!!
Worst store to go to. Been married 1 year, have had sprint together for 5 years. Always ask my, now husband for "permission" to sell me phones when my phone stops working. 3rd time this has happened. Never have anything in stock. Go somewhere else if you want to give someone money or business.
