Dealt with Bruce since late December. Strange request of having him stop by my place to give an estimate on a boat repair. He is a mobile service so I figured it’s ok. I had Several requests on him to stop by, and I under stand he is busy, but I felt like I was being strung along. He said the job as described is anywhere from $500-$1000.
