Had to chase the company to reschedule a follow-up appointment. Plumber was eventually late to the followup appointment and left behind a messy work area. There are better companies out there with better service and professionalism.
DO NOT let your home warranty company send Go Water Heaters to make covered repairs! I have a policy with Fidelity Home Warranty. My garage disposal was leaking. Paid the $85 deductible to Fidelity and they sent Go Water Heaters INC to evaluate. Go Waters Heaters came out and confirmed it was leaking. They report back to the warranty company and wait for approval. When I followed up with the warranty company they stated my out of pocket expense was an additional $345 because Go Water stated that the unit was difficult to acc... read more
Brian (Go Water Heater technician) was excellent. He's very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Water leak problem was quickly identified and immediately solved. Very efficient!
