I’ve had a couple of occasions where I arrived 7 minutes before the advertised closing time, only to find the store already packed up and closed/closing. Wonderful range of low/non toxic products including supplements, skin care, beauty, dental snacks, cleaning products and makeup. The staff are full of wisdom and I feel very lucky to have FREE advice from practising professionals. The central location is also great.
I have been a loyal customer of this store for 16+ years. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership and staff, the level of customer service has noticeably declined. During my most recent visit, I was treated in a dismissive and spiteful manner during a simple purchase. Went into the store yesterday to purchase little oaks stage 1 baby formula. I was shocked to see the price and I was charged over $59 for one can. I mentioned to the lady the price seemed higher than online and other stockists and she claimed the ‘price had gone up’. However , since purchasing I regret buying as the price has not gone up - direct with supplier and all stockists online (including my local grocer) are around $43. Bec Farah was my wonderful naturopath. She was so incredibly helpful in healing my gut microbiome and finding diet plans and supplements to aid. Very knowledgeable and genuine. Would highly recommend booking an appointment with her for any health and wellbeing concerns.
