All staff and really friendly and plenty of good equipment in there
Cracking gym. Been going go Hyrox classes for last two weeks, good instructors and equipment, helpful staff and a nice community vibe with people in the class/around the gym.
Must admit I love this gym. I’ve tried other gyms in the past and always felt uncomfortable but I feel confident here! Keep doing everything you’re doing, this place is awesome!
I recently completed an 8 week muscle building course with Lewis. It was well organised, well coached and delivered on everything it promised. I'm already signed up for the next one and can thoroughly recommend the course to anyone wanting to bulk up, or just get stronger. The gym itself has gone from strength to strength, recent refurbishment works and new equipment make it the perfect space for group classes or individual workouts.
