I found GO Valet on Spot Hero-- I pulled up and they were ready to go to the terminal. On my return flight I went through customs (texted them know once I was through), I walked out the doors of the airport and they were already there waiting with my car! It was great service, no wait time and is only about a 5 minute drive to the international terminal. I will definitely use them again!
Go Valet is an awesome experience especially when flying Delta out of Terminal 5. Ricardo dropped me off at the terminal and was patient with the delayed flight at 5am. When I landed Beki arrived at the terminal within minutes with my vehicle and had a great attitude. I also paid to have the complete interior/exterior detail. My vehicle was as clean as factory new!! Such a great experience, I will be using Go Valet very often.
We absolutely loved Go Valet! It was the best stress free way to travel to and from O'hare. The employees were absolutely phenomenal and top notch customer service. They communicated with us effectively to ensure they were aware of our status. We received a text within a minute (not joking) of our plane landing asking us to let them know when we our plane arrived at the gate. We had our car less than a minute of us telling them which door we exited!!! All of this for similar price to economy parking at O'hare.
In the course of two weeks we booked GoValet for our trips coming out of O’Hare. On both occasions our flights were cancelled. We called GoValet to retrieve our car to go back home and they responded instantaneously. They also without prompting gave us a refund for the unused days. This service is incredibly easy and convenient. But their service level is off the charts. Will use them every time we fly.
