I booked a Cruise trip through Janice Baker, to much my disappointment, she flat at refused to return phone calls, and Barbara at this office was about the same. I have used them before not having this happier previously. I was with a group over 130, and I made it aware to many of them there and who also agreed had problems, even the ones that contracted the group with GO TRAVEL AGENCY. Long live travel agents!! I am now a true believer in the value of a good travel agent...I almost booked a trip online when at the last second I stopped....I just wanted to run it by someone local to make sure I was getting a good deal....the agent JoEllen at the Longwood office said that the "ocean view" cabin deal I found was totally blocked by a lifeboat...No wonder it was such a good deal!
