Really good service! Alexa and the go to services team, worked diligently in my music room, my kitchen and my garage in 2 different claims with Progressive insurance. They left all rooms perfect and beautiful. Alexa was in constant contact with me and was always letting me know the status of my claim and the time schedule too. Working with Go To Services was an easy process. Gabriel who did our actual construction work completed the work in a timely manner, did great work, and is a very nice guy. If needed we would work with them again.
We truly appreciate working with Go To Services, Inc during our recent water leak in our home. This was the first time having damage to our home in 46 years. After calling insurance company Go To Services was hired by our homeowner's insurance company to take care of our water leak and the reconstruction from water damage in the master bathroom and bedroom. My life was in chaos with the recent loss of my husband and a broken hot water heater. It had done damage in our garage and kitchen. After 8 weeks of no progress with a contractor, my insurance company switched to Go To Services. Inc. Project Manager, Alex, was assigned to my account. She was on top of it every day. I just can't say enough about her work ethic, efficiency and concern. The job is finishing today, and I can get on with my life. Thank you, Alex, for giving me my home back.
I highly recommend Go To Services. Alex, Jared, Gabriel, Arthur, and Esteban (as well as numerous others) were extremely helpful during a very stressful insurance claim. Everyone was professional, polite, and attentive to my wishes and concerns and very respectful of my home. I will definitely be using them for all future home repair/improvement projects. I only wish I had known about Go To sooner.
