Doesn’t listen and strange how my chemical usage was much lower in summer than what it is in winter, seems like they’re trying to make money out of me, especially when my pool was cloudy all summer and now it’s clear as day but I need loads of chemicals.
Inconsistent service and unethical practices . Believe the other negative reviews. We shopped here and their Eight Mile Plains branch a few times and they never charged us for water test (including the owner) until this time they did and they didn’t even tell us they would until afterwards. Citing “you have to buy something, for it to be free”, “it’s common sense” and “other places do it too” No, they don’t. Their Driver caused a road accident. I called up to talk but was only met with rudeness and aggression. Simon cannot hold a conversation like an adult. I recommend you avoid dealing with them because if you have an issue at all, you are likely going to come up against a brick wall.
