Outside the shop it says "free water test, just ask". Went in and got told you have to buy chemicals otherwise $10. So is the sign just a lie? I was going to buy chemicals there anyway if there's something wrong with my water. But the young guy was talking to me with a serious face, as if I want to take advantage of their "free" water test. So off I go. Afterwards I went to another pool shop to test my water. They didn't say a thing and just tested for me.And of course I bought chemicals there too. Unprofessional! A year warranty on a part…! Which ends on the 23/1/2024 go in and was told no it’s been a year. Never again! Very sad you can’t follow what was told
Their Driver caused a road accident. I called up to talk but was only met with rudeness and aggression. Simon cannot hold a conversation like an adult. I recommend you avoid dealing with them because if you have an issue at all, you are likely going to come up against a brick wall.
