Excellent service from John.Arrived on time and immediately solved my problem with my shower.Highly recommend.Very knowledgeable and so helpful.A true gentleman and someone who actually cares about the customer and explained the problem to me.
John converted our bathroom to a wet room to facilitate personal care for an elderly lady who was no longer able to walk. John advised all aspects of the design, shower, fold down seat (even the decor) and of course access for a wheelchair. The end result was excellent, exactly what was needed and finished to a high standard.
John did a major remodelling of three bathrooms four years ago. Called him back, as a shower valve leaking. John came promptly, even though it was no fault of his, replaced under warranty FOC. When we had original quote for work 4 years ago, was not the cheapest, but time has shown a good decision.
