John always offers a fantastic service, with clear and concise communication. On multiple occasions, including new work performed in Dec 2025, John has clearly explained the root cause of an issue, provided a clear path to resolution and then fixed the issue with minimal fuss and disruption. An excellent service and John is still my go to plumber and I recently bought him in again for bathroom renewal work in my new property

John converted our bathroom to a wet room to facilitate personal care for an elderly lady who was no longer able to walk. John advised all aspects of the design, shower, fold down seat (even the decor) and of course access for a wheelchair. The end result was excellent, exactly what was needed and finished to a high standard.
