Ms. Dodge was extremely knowledgeable, detailed and thorough with my claim. Due to how busy she is and she does not like to interrupt in process meetings, she can be difficult to contact. However...she is worth the effort and patience. Initial VA Claim with her resulted in 100% rating. I am very thankful.

While Ms. Dodge is hard to get a hold via email or phone, I was able to get an appointment really quick when I visited the Parham location. She was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the process. Ms. Dodge helped increase my rating. I strongly suggest you go see her instead of just going to the VA and trying to figure it out. - Lucas A

I have been trying to get my VA claim processed by them for the past 3 months. They have my records and we have set multiple appointments to go over the documentation and get my claim filed. They have missed every appointment we have set, they don't answer their phones. Not really sure where to go from here but the customer service leaves literally everything to be desired.
