ALEX was so helpful and funny and we even chit chatted about gardening. Such a pleasant guy.
It’s a mixed bag for me. However, being the understanding person I am I can see both sides to the coin. However, I will mention one person who went above and beyond. Sydney in service was able to assist with my timelines in getting my repair back to me. She went above and over. Also 10 star rating for Essa in parts. There should really be an option for zero stars! Here is our story.... We purchased a brand new unused 2023 Cougar trailer this past month and our son purchased a 2024 Open Range trailer. The sales staff were great. We took our trailers out for the first time and were told that (as with all new trailers) there may be a few minor issues but take notes and bring the trailer(s) in after the first trip and all issues would be fixed.
