I have been to a lot of bike shops in Salt Lake in my 25+ years of mountain biking and I can safely say that this is the ONLY one that made me feel like I was an “impatient” nuisance for calling to ask for an update on my service. Directly from the owner! I will never ever go back and as I have a fairly decent connection to the MTB community I’ll make sure to pass on the bad review of this shop. Best bike shop EVER!! Manny and his team took care of my every need. I highly recommend visiting for all Mountain Bike needs. New bikes, service or just a chat!
These guys/gals are top notch. No pushy salesman just a great local bike shop with awesome service and great people. Highly recommend!!!
