Big thanks to everyone at Go-Ride in Sugarhouse from Jacob and August who helped me sort out and build a new Santa Cruz 5010 to Manny, Tynan, and Carson who were all amazing in how quickly and professionally they helped with a manufacturer warranty of some parts. Huge appreciation for keeping me riding by loaning some store equipment while mine was out for repair/replacement. Amazing bike shop and team. Thank you! - B
Bought a Megatower from them recently. Great deal and incredible experience! They even boxed it up for me for free after riding it all weekend, just in time for my flight back out west.

I had a great experience talking to the knowledgeable staff at Go-Ride to select an awesome mountain bike. They were very helpful and asked thoughtful questions to help me choose one that was right for me. Even though it’s freezing outside, I couldn’t help but take it out for a ride the next day!
