Stopped into Go-Ride on a whim without an online reservation and was pleasantly surprised. The staff didn't skip a beat: no hassle, no attitude, just got me sorted right away. They took the time to set the bike up exactly how I asked before I headed out, which made a big difference in how the ride felt. Really appreciated the no-fuss, customer-first attitude. Great local shop, highly recommend if you're in the Draper area and need a rental!
Recently took out a demo bike from Go Ride. Everyone there was great to work with and they took the time to make sure the bike was setup for me! 10/10 would recommend!
Very helpful staff and smooth rental process. Had a minor mechanical issue with the bike, no one's fault, and the staff was very respectful and did not try to blame me for the issue. Had a great ride in Alta thanks to this team, minus the last few miles of downhill
The service I received when renting an e-bike was incredible! Everything was done online, and the process of renting and returning it was super fast.
Talked just enough to help with my decisions and helped me know what would work and fell better and gave plenty of advice and information about everything I asked for information on.🙂
