Recently took out a demo bike from Go Ride. Everyone there was great to work with and they took the time to make sure the bike was setup for me! 10/10 would recommend!
Very helpful staff and smooth rental process. Had a minor mechanical issue with the bike, no one's fault, and the staff was very respectful and did not try to blame me for the issue. Had a great ride in Alta thanks to this team, minus the last few miles of downhill
The service I received when renting an e-bike was incredible! Everything was done online, and the process of renting and returning it was super fast.
Talked just enough to help with my decisions and helped me know what would work and fell better and gave plenty of advice and information about everything I asked for information on.🙂
These guys are super knowledgeable. I am a beginner to mountain biking and have lots of questions. Manny spent time to explain almost every detail of how mountain bikes work and how that information should influence my bike decision. These guys are professionals with experience to back up their knowledge. This shop was way better than when I walked into Hangar to get advice.
