I just called these guys. A $129 daily rental turned into a $175 bill because they apply a 19% fee that they dont tell you about. They actually dont even describe it, it is called "fee". So they are extremely dishonest on the daily rate. This is a company that seems to cater to jets and people who might get charged an extra $1,000 and not notice or care to argue about it.

I have been so impressed with go rentals. The car was the cleanest car. I think I have ever been in when it comes to rental cars, they dropped it off at my house, and when my car was finished in the shop after a month, they let me leave the car at the dealership and they came by and picked it up. Their customer service is amazing and if I could have them clean my car, I would. Just incredibly impressed

I had been hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled. I had a really bad experience with Enterprise so my insurance company set me up with Go Rentals and they were amazing! They dropped off a car for me at my house that was similar to my former car and even left me balloons and flowers since it was my birthday! They continued to check on me to make sure I was satisfied with everything throughout the few weeks I had the car. The best rental experience ever! I was referred to Go Rentals after my other rental broke down and the other company failed to provide safe and timely customer service; however, Go Rentals saved the day! They helped make my travel experience and the event we were hosting not only possible but a huge success. Special thanks to Richard Smith (SC) and the entire Go Rentals team.
