I don't know if its policy per say maybe it was personal for tyler but a new level of rudeness was unlocked before my eyes after a Google search for a car to rent while in Napa led me to the wrong place, my apologies.
Terrible customer service. Although I am a Go Rentals customer, will not be renting from this person again
Tyler north has very bad customer service, went today and he was very rude and was not good at his job. Took way too long will not be coming back! Service was bad! But the rental was good! Do not come here The employees are bad specially the one we had Tyler north
