This location consistently charges the wrong rate, so always make sure to check your receipts. They will also give you vehicles with hidden damages and then charge you for it. I rent from GoRental throughout the US and this is the only location where I consistently have problems. They are giving the company a bad rep.

Lesson learned the hard way. Dallas Executive quoted me $90 for one day in a Toyota Corolla. In the end I paid nearly $200 for one day in this car. Misleading advertising. Exceptional fees. Do yourself a favor. Let a mainline rental car company like enterprise or Avis come pick you up. At least you know at the end what you’re getting honestly.

Service is average, but I was shocked to find my rental cost 50% more than quoted after I returned it! I never got an email, no receipt, no notice, nothing. I just happened to notice another charge on my CC statement after dropoff, and I had to contact them to find out why. Apparently, I went over the mileage allowed, and my FULL TANK of gas wasn't quite full ENOUGH. So they silently charged me $100 more!
