DO NOT USE. Faye Gough is the most offensive and belittling real eastate agent i have ever come across. She claimed to make life hell if we were to dispute her claim on our bind or $300 as she believed we had patched and repaired a wall “insufficiently”. The wall in question was behind the tv the entire time and her claim was ridiculous. Also there was a conflict of interest as she knew the owner well. We had two properties with Faye for years, and found her very good at first. She has let us down badly in our experience with one difficult tenant and we have now changed agent. She has been taken to QCAT for failing to pay invoices for works claimed to be undertaken By the thenant. This is unjustified as she and we owe the tenant nothing in relation to these fake invoices. Wow. What can I say, it started with a dishwasher that had an electrical fault that was never fixed or replaced...we bought our own after 3 months of no action. Came to the end of our lease when we were moving out. Got hit with a list of faults to rectify...90% were false, such as repainting walls poorly, oil marks in garage,pin holes in walls.
