I recently had the opportunity to rent from Go Rental while my car was in the shop and WOW, what an experience! From my first phone call to returning the vehicle, the staff was very accommodating, professional and courteous. The elite vehicles available are both impressive and cleant ! I've now found my "go to" place for renting vehicles! Thank you Gianna & staff on a job well done!
This place is amazing 👏 I love customer service joseline drop off the car to me in Waterbury and pick up if customer service was like that 24 7 the world would be a better place to be when people care from the phone call to booking till the pickup day a was happy with the service thank u mutch for help with everything made my life easier during the process of getting a car .
