My husband and I use Go Rentals exclusively and I have to say that usually, it is a wonderful experience. I have met Kaye in Newport (a wonderful man), Rina and Amber in Northern Cali (who always go above and beyond), and overall everyone else that has taken care of us. My biggest concern is that everytime we go to Vegas, we have an issue. Very happy with our Go Rental experience. Can’t express how convenient it was to call and rent a Jeep and have it dropped off to us right at our hotel valet. Malcolm was super cool, kind, and got us on our way to checking out the desert with the top down on the Jeep in minutes. Rate was a bit higher than the mainstream rentals, but the service was top notch…all the way down to the bottles of water waiting for you in your vehicle.
