I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I left this spa feeling uncomfortable, and far from relaxed. This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift from my mom — she paid for a one-hour deep tissue massage and a 20-minute foot massage during their happy hour. Before the massage even started, they asked for payment and the tip upfront, which felt off-putting. When my mom tipped, the staff gave us a cold, ungrateful look that instantly made me uneasy. Hello everybody. I want to share my thoughts as an experienced person with the health benefits of massage and the reasonable expectations one can expect from a professional massage establishment. First, let me say that I travel a lot and this is the least expensive place I have ever been to. You can walk in there any time of day and for $39 get an hour massage. I am very happy with the massages, both body and reflexology I have received at Go Relax Day Spa. They have helped relieve tension and knots in my back and shoulders as well as during the reflexology treatments. Looking to try the shampoo/massage/reflexology combo next. Bought the VIP visit pass card- 3 sessions for $100(can be used for 1 hour body or foot massage) for myself and children. Totally worth it. Highly recommend!
Do not recommend. Paid for a 60 minute massages, they abruptly ended it after 50 minutes. Since there were two of us, they effectively stole $20 from us. Tried to use groupon but the staff have limited understanding of how it works. They also don't speak english, so just imagine how smoothly that went. Do not bother, it's not that great in terms of value, not that great in terms of service, and not that great in terms of location, nor aesthetics.
Cheap price, bad massage. Might have been the lady I got. But damn, not even a flip to do the front. Body scrub is a dry salt. You will leave feeling like you been at the beach.
