Basic repairs on my car have taken over two weeks and counting. I have tried calling the centre for an update about 50 times over the past few working days but noone picks up. I have left multiple voice messages to which I receive no response. I can't even get down there to check on things in person because obviously, I have no car. No idea what's going on - not happy.
The place is closed down. Had my car booked in to get some work done, and no communication about them shutting down.
