I am in the same situation. After 8 months of signing contract, my promise was finally resolved after multiple attempts to reach to my Sales person. Below is something I learned Go Radiant Solar was merged with Solio LLC and Go Radiant Solar customer rebates are back dated.
Ayrton Marthans, aka AJ, CEO / managing partner of Go Radiant cannot be reached and he is running a solar company. He blocked my contact and my friends and he is not paying the cashback he promised to my friend. We have tried to work through the situation but AJ turned out to be so unprofessional and he is totally not reachable and is not trying to resolve the open issue. Please don't do any business with GoRadiant. I suggest everyone to stay away from this person.
This is a total Fraud company. We have been waiting for our cash back since 8 months , they are not even responding to our calls since then. Do not fall into their trap if they reach out to you.
