Called this business intending to become a regular customer since we export used parts to Latin America . Lady on the phone very unprofessional and rude didn’t even made the effort of providing a better price for exporters, she said they have two exporters they only sell to, which to my amazement I had never heard such a thing from a serious established business! This place has some of the fairest prices in Jacksonville, as well as actually had most the parts I needed for my 03 Jetta. the only downside is when people pull the engine's down they tend to just cut the wires but, you'll get that at most places to be fair. overall 5 star experience and thank you to Lina for being super helpful and friendly!
