Horrible experience. I called the company for minor water leak spotted on the kitchen ceiling. After inspection, the guy suspected leak from the washer drain pipe, gave work estimate of $950 to cut the ceiling and fix. However, team did not find any issue in drain pipes, I offered to run the washer to actually check where the water leak coming from, but the team refused to wait and left the site as is. There are not enough words to describe how incredible Go Pro Restoration is! I honestly do not know what I would do without this company. It is by far the best restoration and remediation company in Ottawa. I recently purchased a home that was listed by my real estate agent's company. She convinced me to waive the inspection and put in an offer right away, saying that all of the work needing to be done was all cosmetic. We found old asbestos insulation during a renovation and needed it removed safely. Restoration Mate handled the entire process with incredible care and professionalism. Go Pro Restoration Inc. handled our water-damaged ceiling perfectly. They provided a clear, detailed quote, scheduled us quickly, and were professional, clean, and efficient throughout. The ceiling looks exactly as it did before the damage. Excellent communication and great service overall. Highly recommend.

This company has been a huge help to us! They responded very quickly when we had an issue with our basement and fixed it right away.
