Mr Still is a fantastic teacher and very knowledgeable about his subject matter. He teaches in a relaxed environment and at your own pace. The fact that he is an armed forces veteran like myself is particularly encouraging!. I highly recommend his classes for both beginners or seasoned martial artists alike. Very approachable and friendly!

Fantastic, authentic Kung Fu club! James is an excellent instructor, very knowledgeable and experienced, with a great manner that makes everyone feel comfortable. Classes have a great balance of Lau Gar Kung Fu, Chinese Kickboxing, self-defense, sparring and fitness. This is the only club in the area where you can learn pure, authentic Lau Gar Kung Fu, in the way it has been taught for centuries. Come along and try, it's awesome! 😊👍
