I was also getting my hair done for my husband coming home he is active duty navy and I told them this as well. I paid $180 to have a partial highlight done the (maintain your blonde( and I only received the in a hurry blonde package but was charged for more than what I received I called and informed them of this after the stylist admitted to not doing the service I paid for and never received a call back to make it right.
