This is my third visit to Go Place. While the space is incredible - I can’t help but feel like there is nowhere near big enough sauna spaces for everyone to enjoy. It’s mostly just a hotel lobby to hang out in. I’ve been to an incredible sauna spa in Seoul and there is a much stronger focus on the actual saunas, rather than the lounge area. For the price of entrance, I expect way more access to actual saunas. I don’t think I’ll be back again due to this reason.

Never been to a spa where the power goes off and with no communication to guests. When asked they say 30-60mins like it happened often. All guests cannot use saunas or do anything other than hang in the main area with no light and music. You pay for a luxurious experience for what. The lack of communication really shows how poorly managed this place is. Awkward and unrelaxing place for a spa when you’re paying over $200 per visit. Will not be coming back and I’ll be posting my experience and videos soon. Would not recommend

I spend $500 3 people ( no extra service). This is not a place to relax, more for people to hang out. By the way, my friend left her jewlery in one of their Safety boxes. When she returned to pick it up, they accepted they jewlery, but the person in charge was not there. Then when returned for a second time, no body knew what "whats she talking about". At the end she got a baucher but not her jewlery.
