First off, don't trust the bad/negative reviews posted. My first time visiting with my daughter and every single staff member was nice, friendly, welcoming, helpful, kind, and polite with a smile! From the staff checking you in to the staff providing you with the Go clothing and slippers to the dining room staff to the manicure services staff and the locker staff, each and every one of them are exceptional in the service they provide. Great girl date spot! My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the place, a massage and restaurant! The food and signature drinks were delicious. The place is so huge that it is easy to spend an entire day! It is not a very quiet place more like a social space to relax, chat and hang out.
At dinner for 2 of our dishes we waited a really long time despite asking a few times. They did comp us for it though
Nice ambiance but not a spa setting WAYYYY too noisy. The staff focuses on the wrong things! Enforce silent in sauna rooms and sleep room it’s ridiculous just didn’t feel relaxed
