I wish I had gone to GO PHYSIO sooner for a bike fitting. The experience was positive and the results stellar. My first ride after my fitting was perfectly comfortable and I can’t wait to get back on my bike. I am no longer experiencing any discomfort!
Others had recommended Paulie at GoPhysio to me for a fit. I got a new bike in 2025 and I thought this is the time! Turns out I probably should’ve gotten the fit before getting the new bike (note to others!). But either way Paulie was able to make a number of changes that I feel have improved my efficiency and comfort on the bike. I was a bit nervous for my bike fitting since I’m more of a casual rider, but Paulie made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He took the time to understand my riding style, goals, and comfort needs, and tailored the fit perfectly. The session was thorough, professional, and really comfortable. Bike Fitting Review - I have had previous bike fittings, but this one was different, more well-rounded. The session started almost as if there for a general physical therapy session - stretching, observation, general medical history, but with each bit of information or observation he was able to explain to me why "it" was beneficial or something to watch out for once on the bike. Had a great experience with Paulie. I feel like he took all my concerns seriously and did a thorough job of exploring and addressing all the issues I've been having on the bike. He took extra time to make sure I understood the concepts he was explaining. I've had other bike fitting experiences before and this is the most understood and seen I've felt.
