Repeat Ironman finisher here - came in for a bike fit and physio appointment due to bothersome knee pain. After the adjustment, knee pain is gone completely on my bike and I'm pushing more watts!
Paulie did an awesome job fitting my Peloton to my needs. I had no idea what I was using for the first 2 years of owning the bike, and now it feels much more comfortable. He didn't just adjust the bike, but he also took a look at my shoes, as well as my home office - and gave me some excellent tips and exercises to mitigate the pain I've been feeling lately. Highly recommend GO PHYSIO!
