I'm new to bike fitting, and this was a wonderful experience. I especially liked that the first portion of the appointment didn't involve my bike, and was just Paulie getting familiar with a few of the things going on with my body. I've been seeing a different PT for some lower back and hip issues, and this appointment with Paulie made me feel like I finally have a deeper understanding of my problem areas and how to fix them.
