Paulie came to my house for a custom fitting on my Peloton bike. I had zero cycling experience prior to my peloton and having a fitting specifically for me made a huge difference in my comfort level. My efficiency and output increased immediately as well. Highly recommend!
Paulie did a great job with my PT session and bike fitting. It is clear he is an expert in his craft.
Paulie starts bike fittings by doing strength and flexibility tests. He really knows what he's talking about about and looks at so much more than purely your position on the bike. Everybody is different and he finds the best ways to make you comfortable and efficient. Paulie is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job explaining his reasoning for making adjustments. He will leave you with tips for stretching and strengthening in ways best suited to your bodies needs.

HIGHLY recommend getting a bike fitting with Paulie. I bike too much to have never had a proper fitting done, and this was a great experience. Paulie was detailed and went through everything from range of motion, recommended exercises, to the fine tuning of the bike fit from the shoe clips, to the seat. I should have done this 12,000 miles ago. Thanks!
