Medical fitting was great synergistic combo of bike fitting and PT. Came away with bike adjustments and exercises. Great experience
As someone who was relatively new to taking cycling seriously, I was worried that this would be an intimidating experience. It wasn’t at all. Paulie explained what he was doing and why, and I learned a lot that day. I brought my husband’s aerobars, but they weren’t going to work for my needs. Paulie took the time to help me find some options that were what I was looking for, and did a follow up appointment to get them fitted after they shipped. Paulie was fantastic for my bike fitting! He did a quick physical assessment, suggested some exercises then went through the changes he was making to my bike and why. Very cool dude and a pleasure to be around
I walked in not knowing much information and I was able to walk out feeling informed and ready for my trip! 10/10 would recommend. Great professional service.
Paulie was easy going, has a great location, and had a lot of good pointers. I am happy with my bike fitting and intend to go back for some PT.
