I just started the process for gopher control. Nic Shafer was my technician and he was excellent. He called ahead to confirm his arrival time, also texted when he was close, and was very thorough and knowledgeable in person. He began the initial treatment and I’m excited to see how it turns out. I appreciate his punctuality, professionalism, expertise and swift work. I hope Nic is the same technician I work with in the future!
