This is a sub-par computer repair business that does half-ass jobs on computers. Their solution to everything is try to back up your files (which they cant even do right) and wipe your hard drive and re-install your operating system. After re-installing they dont even restore your files. They completely screwed up my moms computer who is on disability and saved up for six months for their \$80 an hour service charge. The hardware they gave me didnt even work, had to take it back. I eventually went with someone else. Wouldnt recommend.

I have taken a number of "psychologically unbalanced" computers to these guys and they have been able to diagnose and render a verdict on repairs in record time. I wouldnt call them the greatest retail computer store in the world but I certainly appreciate the service.

They very rarely have what Im looking for. I went there today it was snowing very early this morning and the snow quit about 10 am. I walked up to the door and they had closed at noon "due to incliment weather." We only had about 2 inches of snowfall between 2 am and 10 am. By 11 am all the roads were plowed and parking lots as well. If there is a better way of telling your customers that you dont care, Id like to see it.

ABSOLUTELY terrible!!!! The people are unfriendly, and they talk to people like their idiots. Ive been in there several times looking for items, and have never been impressed. Do not give your business to this store, you will regret it.

I dont know how to put it any simpler than this. They talk less and do more than any other pc place Ive ever done business with. Been going there for years and will continue to do so and recommend them to others.

I have beed going there for over 2 1/2 years now and i have been very pleased. I have talk to the service techs and they were very helpfull. I bought a compete system there in peices and put it together 2 years ago. I went back just last month to upgrade my video card (we all know how hard that is) and again they were very helpfull.
