Initially, I was happy with the storage unit. It is always very well kept. However, recently, I have been less than pleased. I never received a notice stating they were now mandating insurance coverage. When I found out that they were adding this to my bill, I contacted them immediately. I struggled with uploading my insurance policy to their website. I have been trying to contact the company since they are making it mandatory to have insurance coverage for goods in storage. I have used their contact us link and called. I was able to get a link sent to me after calling but the link does not recognize the baraboo storage, and now can't even log into that portal. No one will reach out to me. Overall this worked fine, however there are some pain points. When they advertise a door on a unit as 8 feet tall what they mean is the hole in the wall is 8 feet. With a roll door and the concrete ledge on the floor the door is NOT 8 feet as advertised. I ended up having to let all the air out of my tires to get my vehicle in the unit, and it is not 8 feet tall. I think they should give you the actual clearance number in advertisements!
