The ladies at the front desk are very nice always greeting. You always speaking when you leave. They always tell you to have a nice or great day. The doctor came to exam my mouth before the lady started putting my braces on. The doctor did not have any manners. He did not speak. He did not ask me how I was doing. I absolutely love GO Orthodontics in Collierville. The environment is clean and pleasant. The staff is positive and friendly. Mrs. Pam is the absolute best! Mrs. Ayla takes very good care of me and she's patient and explains everything in full detail each visit. She's the only one I will see unless she refers someone when she is out. Please go check them out for yourself I promise you won't be disappointed.
The customer service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
