Listen to the reviews, this company is trash. I recently ordered a pair of designer frames and lenses. The lenses were made poorly and the frames were not authentic. The customer service agent was hostile and after requesting a refund, they didn’t even refund half the amount I paid. I’m currently in the process of doing a chargeback for the full amount. This company is a SCAM, beware.
Great company and frames were perfect
Do not order anything from this scam of a company. I.ordered frames, just the frames. And was left on processing . Was then told they would ship on 2/16/26. Now I cannot get a live agent on the phone and my frames have yet to be shipped. All I have gotten is a poorly written email assuring me the frames are in stock. Apparently they have no intent on sending my frames or returning my money. BBB COMPLAINT BEING FILED!
So far it’s been a bad experience. Ordered a pair I liked, was told two days later it was cancelled because it was discontinued. After looking elsewhere I only found frames I liked through their site and found them in the ‘Rush Shipping’ section supposedly meaning they’re processed and sent out within 24 hours (then shipping time). It was really a good experience. My prescription glasses arrived on time as expected. Didn't face any issues. Found the best price for zeiss single vision digital lenses. It is way cheaper than other places
