My glasses fell apart at the arm. It was a manufacturer defect and they refused to replace them. Very bad for customer service. I would not buy from them ever again.
I ordered a pair of glasses because my insurance had frames I wanted but insisted I couldn’t buy directly from them so I found the exact same frames on go optic. It took a few days for the prescription because I originally clicked contact my doctor and it seems they never did so I had some time and got the prescription and emailed it to them. I love go-optic! I buy my glasses here all the time. They're the best!
Go Optic should not be allowed to operate a business. My experience is they are very dishonest and have no integrity. They sold me 2 discontinued frames and were going to make me wait until they could locate the frames and my delivery date keept getting further away. I tried to get a refund and was told the would keep 10% of my order . After numerous calls to rectify the situation with no success I opened a despute with my credit card company .I would suggest you avoid this company.
