I love go-optic! I buy my glasses here all the time. They're the best!
Go Optic should not be allowed to operate a business. My experience is they are very dishonest and have no integrity. They sold me 2 discontinued frames and were going to make me wait until they could locate the frames and my delivery date keept getting further away. I tried to get a refund and was told the would keep 10% of my order . After numerous calls to rectify the situation with no success I opened a despute with my credit card company .I would suggest you avoid this company.
I should have read the other reviews this place is a total rip off with no customer service. Please do not use them
Terrible experience. I ordered a pair of glasses from Go-Optic and days later they told me it was out of stock . even though it was listed as available when I bought it. They didn’t ship anything, and it took them over a week just to give me my money back. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I will never buy from this site again and I don’t recommend it to anyo
