I just got my glasses. I have to admit that I was a bit worried. But they are awesome! Exactly what I ordered. And at a substantial savings over my previous provider. I ordered clear, lined trifocals with Shuron frames and Crizol “Rock” coating for the lenses. The glasses are perfect. And they even arrived early! I’m super happy at this point.
The worst company, did not want to repair or replace my broken frames that came with it and spent extra on the lenses. Do not ever purchase from these guys, the lenses scratched after a few weeks and not replaceable. Thye refuse to do anything but send me to local store to repairs (huh?) Stay away from these guys!
They take forever to process your order. Site is misleading on how quickly you will get your order. When you call the service numbers the reps are just rude and read a script. Not helpful. Would not order from this site again.
The site displays items that are discontinued and no longer available. When called to check on the availability of the same, customer support agent THOMAS has a big attitude problem!! He asked me, "What does that mean"i explained him that I was looking for a particular model & if that particular model is in stock as it was showing in the selection !!!
