Be booked an appointment online for Aug 29 and received a confirmation email. Called to add a detail service and said I do not have an appointment and they will not have anyone for weeks in the Moncton region. I asked why did it allow me to book an appointment and was confirmed and said it was a system issue. I suggested that the online appointment system should be suspended and the person said “ if you know how to fix it than you should!”. Rude customer service with no apology.
Great service! Very efficient and easy from my own home. Would definitely recommend!
