I had an oil change completed by this place and a month later I have oil leaking on my driveway. I took the car to a competent mechanic and he immediately calls out the filter was damaged during installation. Such a rudimentary service to screw up.
Had 2 vehicles with tire change overs and oil changes done in driveway. When completed had multiple oil stains on driveway about 2 ft in diameter. Reached out via the website on multiple occasions asking for someone to call and/or review and received no responses. Had used Go Oil services in the past from a different franchisee with and was very happy, but unfortunately will never use them again.
Easy, quick and efficient. Fella was more that courteous and good at his job. Explained everything in detail. 10/10 recommended. They also found a way to do it with limited space as midtown is always crowded and lacks a lot of parking space.
They dont call back or book an appointment. Tried multiple times
