Had the worst imaginable experience. Damaged my tire and caused extra expenses, tried contacting and explaining the situation without a response. Stay away from this business as far as possible, they will damage your vehicle and ignore you afterwards.
I attempted to use this business. Booked a call for an oil change. No one showed up and no one contacted me to advise after I waited for the appointment. I emailed and got no response, I called the number and the person advised we don’t know we’re reaching out to the tech , when asked if someone will call me to rebook or let me know what happened he said he didn’t know.
Tim from Go Oil came to my office and changed my oil while I was working - it was so easy & convenient; and the cost was the same as when I take my car to the shop. I will definitely use this service again!
