Terrible customer service. I called ahead to request a shellac pedicure. They told me they had an opening in 15 mins. I showed up and it took 5 minutes for someone to greet me even though they were standing at the register. They continued with other customers and seemed oblivious to the phone call. Why bother booking ahead of time? Not worth the time or money.
To make a long story short, I went here for the first time on a Tuesday before a vacation and unfortunately two different nail techs did a below average job on my nails and took 2.5 hours. They were very sweet and tried their best but i was in need of someone with way more experience. Hopefully over time, they will perfect their skills. I wish them all the best. Super friendly staff and very clean space. The manicure was detailed and looked beautiful. Highly recommend!
Loved the relaxing atmosphere and professional service. My nails turned out perfect and lasted really well. Definitely coming back!
