We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Brandon Miller at GO Mortgage. This was my first time buying a home, and I had a lot of questions. Go Mortgage and Tom Pfister were easy to work with in getting us the best rate possible. Their team were great as well.
We worked with a builder with whom Go Mortgage is the preferred lender. From the first day we expressed a possible interest, Tom reached out to us to explain (clearly) the steps to take. Even though interest rates were moving higher during our construction phase, he kept us informed and assured us we could lock in a rate and he would tell us when rates were decreasing. The process was streamlined with timely notifications using the Go Mortgage App. His assistant was Theresa Piper and she also was exceptional to help us.
I worked with Bob Fabian and team and had a great experience from start to finish. They were FAST, and communication was great. I already plan to work with them again in the future. Highly recommend.
