I really liked working with GoMortgage and Mike Isaac. I even compromised having slightly higher rate with them. However, 2 weeks after finalizing my loan, they transferred it to another company! Which again got transferred to a 3rd company in the span of 3 months!!! So why on earth would I agree for a higher rate? I should have went with the lowest rate I got (which was 0.5% less than them) if they’re going to transfer me over anyway. Go Mortgage and Tom Pfister were easy to work with in getting us the best rate possible. Their team were great as well.
We worked with a builder with whom Go Mortgage is the preferred lender. From the first day we expressed a possible interest, Tom reached out to us to explain (clearly) the steps to take. Even though interest rates were moving higher during our construction phase, he kept us informed and assured us we could lock in a rate and he would tell us when rates were decreasing. The process was streamlined with timely notifications using the Go Mortgage App. His assistant was Theresa Piper and she also was exceptional to help us.
