Saki built my SIP house in 2019 and I have been living in it for almost 1 year. Working with a builder (as I found out) is like getting married, you're in this thing together. We built our home with Go Modular. It was a home that required a lot of complicated engineering because it was an old home that needed to be demolished on the water. In addition to that, I had a very beautiful but complex design in mind that somehow needed to be designed to fit the lot. They listened and listened and advised and guided us every step of the way. Some time ago I contracted with Go Modular to build my summer vacation home. It was great working with them. They took the time to pick out and design the house that met my personal needs I hired all their contractors who were both knowledgeable and professional. I have kept in touch with them and I have recommended friends to the them. I look forward to working with them again because I plan to contract Go Modular to build my retirement home soon. **
