We had an excellent experience with the Go Mini's team we worked with. Dana, out sales associate walked me through the process, her team was flexible on on delivery time and transfer reschedule. The relocation driver, Bill, used care moving my professional equipment. Dispatch made sure to contact me for the schedule. The unit was clean, looked almost new.
Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, worked within our budget & fluid time frame. Delivery of container was timely and efficient. Pick up & relocation of container was fantastic. Dana, Heather, Sean & Bill were a pleasure to do business with.
Attentive, responded immediately to my request. They were helpful with setting me up for the right size unit, flexible and coached me as how to best use the unit. I loved dealing with the representatives, no matter the hour, they called me back immediately.
Bill Duncan was wonderful! He was Pleasant thorough, and willing to answer all of my questions.
I would use their services again if/when needed. Customer service was always quick with responses. They were friendly and helpful. The driver that delivered and picked up the POD was friendly, professional and made sure to put the POD in the best possible place for loading and unloading. Am 100% happy with GoMinis.
